WARRANTY

2-year waranty

We guarantee each watch we sell to be free of defects and to work dependably for at least 2 full years after the costomers receive the product. If your watch malfunctions within this two year period, we will repair or replace the timepiece for you at no cost to you.

The warranty on our timepieces will be voided by the following circumstances: Internal or external damage caused by accidents, mishaps, mishandling, abusive treatment of the watch (such as smacking it against your doorjamb as you climb out of your car, or wearing your watch in a hot-tub or sauna) or unscrewing of the crown.  Modifications, attempted repairs, or tampering with the watch by unauthorized third parties will also render your warranty void.

Warranty Policy Update – Digital Record System (June 26, 2025)

As part of our commitment to environmental sustainability, we no longer issue physical warranty cards for our watches. Instead, your order details — including your name, order number, and contact information — have been securely recorded in our warranty service system.

If you require warranty support in the future, simply provide your order number, name, or phone number, and our team will be able to verify your purchase and offer assistance accordingly.
